The Myth of the Silver Bullet by Daniel I’m is a essential book to read for all church leaders! Discipleship is a huge framework in past and modern church leadership. Today there is a big shift happening as the framework of discipleship is changing. Daniel Im writes this book to present five shifts every leader should make to transform their ministry. Daniel Bre sakes the book down in two parts, the shifts and the second section on how to make them happen! There are a few elects that make this book a must read for all church leaders!
The first element is the research applied to the book, this book is not just shifts and points, buts it’s well thought out practiced methodically researched! As a fact person this book is incredibly appealing. I really like charts and statistics. Daniel packs the book with lots of research which for me reinforces the points that he is trying to make!
Daniel also includes workable sections allowing readers to do some self examination and learn the process that Daniel is trying to teach, this really helps the readers create their strategy. A big element of this book is not making huge shifts, but small shifts that open up good questions for your leaders and steps to creating a discipleship pathway in your church!
Daniele does a great job combining his experience and research to help every church leader make the right shifts in their ministry to create a solid discipleship plan!
